Hello all. I am a sort of a newbe and have a problem with playing svcd on my denver dvd-152 player.
I tryed to burn a svcd bin/cue file with nero, clonecd, blindwrite and cdrwin. Nothing worked, I always get "unknown disc" massage.
I know the player should play svcds (i even wrote to denver support and they confirmed).
Then for a test, not knowing what else to do, i burned svcd mpeg files like a normal cd (iso). And they did play. This would be ok for me, if movies would not be like 800+ mb big (so mpegs dont fit on a cd).
So, please tell me, what am I doing wrong? Why does not my denver take svcd with the normal svcd structure?
Thank you very much.

hi,
Are you burning the SVCD on a CD-R? if so dows you player support CD-R. If this is what happaning try CD-RW and play it .

I tryed CD-R (Traxdata & Primco) and also CD-RW (Dataright & Philips). Always same result, "unknown disc" massage.
