    Are there any TV Tuner only cards that provide a video output?
    I'm trying to avoid buying another video card such as an ATI.

    nearly all tv turner cards provides video outputs these can be either S- Video or composite/RCA. As I Gather S Video Is Ment to be the best quality. Check out the capture cards section for details on lots of tv/capture cards or just go online shopping for tv cards the websites will probally list what types of connectors they have!
