Greetings everyone,

I just received a DVD player RCA mdel DRC500N as a gift and it says it can play VCD, MP3 and JPEG. I just tried a VCD i bought some times ago and it says disc incompatible. I tried to burn an MP3CD and it says the same error and same thing with the JPEG CD I've done. I closed all session when burning so this is not the problem I think. The MP3 were burned on Memorex 80min CDs and on Maxell 74min and the JPEG was on a Sony 80min. Do you know if there is just some CD-R brand working on this player or is it just me that is just dumb enough to not understand how it is working?
