  2. If by low resolution, you mean 352x480, then I suggest TMPGEnc using VBR @2800 avg. This will get you over 3.5 hours on a DVD. I author & burn with Ulead DVD Moviefactory. I am very pleaed with the results.

  4. Although TMPGEnc has a low res DVD template that is 352x240, I have been unable to get DVD Moviefactory to accept it without wanting to re-encode.

G-man, what kind of audio stream are you producing with Tmpgenc to import into DVD Movie Factory? Separate .wav file, or embedded Mpeg-1 Layer II, or ??

Reason I ask, I have been using DVDMaestro, and he imports a .wav file and produces an .ac3 file. I like DVDMaestro, but I have been unable to produce any menus with this software, so I thought I might try DVD Movie Factory.

    Thanks in advance,
    Henry Nettles

  7. It's imbedded. I don't believe DVDMF can do AC3.
