    Can someone please help me and tell me what is a DVD MPEG2 format? I couldn't find it on the site (maybe i didnt look hard enough) Is it a good idea to burn a DVD MPEG2 on a vcd or svcd ?? or should i just stick with regular mpeg 1 formats??

    ntsc dvd specs

    video

    mpeg2 at 740x520. mpeg 2

    audio

    48,000 sampling rate. mpeg 2

    burning dvd compatilble video is bad because u will get 15 minutes per cd.

    also, vcd rejects mpeg 2.

    you would have to have an xsvcd to burn mpeg 2 dvd
