  1. hi i transfered all my tapes of a tv show onto my pc to make a dvd so i can wathc in my dvd player all the mpegs are aroudn 250 megs and there are 24 episodes is there any way i can make em all fit on one dvd or what..they are mpeg1 how many would it take and i can thave it in a lesser format im having trouble puttin vcd onto dvdr.
    i would like to leave them mpeg1 as i am told they will fit onto a dvdr at 450mins .??>
    i cant follow the vcd onto dvdr tutorial.

  2. there is a capacity of 4.8Gb on a normal DVD... All your episodes together are 6Gb...
    Now, if you want them you'll have to buy a Double Side DVD Disk... they aren't too expensive anymore these days

  3. so i just split em up put em on two dsics and .. how do i make them vcd format on a dvd .. if i say i want to make a vcd in nero it sasy im using a cdr and wont reconize the dvd..

    You must author and burn as DVD, you can NOT burn as vcd on dvdr.
    If you change the audio to 48 khz should most dvd authoring tools be able to author the to standard dvds

  5. ya, but the audio frequency should be the only thing he has to change... Only the audio on a DVD is different...
    (forgive me if i'm wrong cuz, DVD stuff isn't really my domain)
