  1. Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with the installation of the above card.. I keep getting an error message that says

    "THE TV PLAYER FAILED TO INITIALIZE THE VIDEO ENSURE THE CORRECT VIDEO DRIVERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND CLOSE ANY APP WHICH MAY BE PLAYING VIDEO"

    I have an NVidia Geforce4 MX420 ,

    Wondering if anyone else has had that message come up when trying to install this card...

    Hoping someone can help me, Many thanks in advance

    i had the same problem on XP, first of all, go to your card manufacter page and download the latest drivers. the go to control Panel>system>hardware>device manager. go to sound, video and game controllers, unistall you card. reboot. reinstall using your latest drivers. now should work.
