Hi,
I have a new video card (Leadtek GF3 with VIVO) and I have captured some video as MPEG-2. How do I then burn this to SVCD?
I have tried a few things but the aspect ratio is wrong and Nero does not let me convert it. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Justin.

Try use tmpgenc or bbmpeg and remultiplex the mpeg to svcd mpeg and then burn it.
www.vcdhelp.com/faq#multiplex (tmpgenc)
www.vcdhelp.com/bbmpegedit (bbmpeg, skip the editing part)
Note that the aspect ratio may look wieerd if you play it with windows media player.
