  1. I used to use rmpeg2 but everyone keeps sayin cce is so much better ok so im going to try and it and here was my process and just wanted to see if it will work.

Rip entire DVD to HD, then use ifoedit and rip out foriegn subtitles, and audio to shrink the movie a little. Then use dvd2avi to create teh dv2 and ac3 files use Avisynth & mpeg2dec for CCE to read and encode using CCE then use Maestro to author and then burn? Will this process work havent seen a guide using maestro with cce only seen scenarist?

    Thanks

yes this is THE method with CCE... but you dont have to rip foreign subtitles or audio etc... just do the dvd2avi project-file and use Avisynth & mpeg2dec for CCE to read and encode using CCE(Robshot method!) read the Doom9's guide "Getting the best out of CCE "... then use subrip to get subtitles that you can use in DVDmaestro... and Chapters you can get with ChapterXtractor... but read more Doom9's guides like DVDmaestro guide... good luck

    if you have problems ask...
