In just 8 days, I went from thinking that ripping and converting my DVD's would be as easy as ripping and converting my music CD's, to chosen my software lineup and having made 4 very good VCD's.

But I have one problem I cant find a fix for anywhere here.
My SCVD's all have bad motion blur problems. They play fine, but the blur at high movement areas of the movie is nasty. Does anyone have a idea?

    I use:

    Smartripper 2.41
    DVD2AVI 1.76
    TMPG 2.57
    Ulead DVD workshop 1.2

BTW - Thanks to Baldrick and all here at VCDhelp, this is the first time I have had to post a help Q. Great help forum.

The source and the MPEG after encoding are NTSC 29.97.

And BTW, I use the Highest Quality setting in the motion search precision box.

    Thanks SLBOSS926.
