    which way yield better quality???
    capture at CBR 10000MBit/s or capture at VBR 10000MBit/s??

    Practicly speaking - CBR at 8000Mbit's - unless you have extremely fine detailed rendered work - this is enough
    VBR should give a slightly smaller file size but that's all
