How do i compress a svcd movie plzzz help!!!!

OK i have a movie that is in svcd format and i want 2 be able to narrow the frame rate and sound qauilty so i can fit it on 1 or 2 cd,s wot software do i need 2 be able 2 do this this plzzzz!!!! help me b4 i do somethen crazy like shave me eye brows of.

And is there software to do the same, using a dix movie????????

try using TMPGEnc and look at the guides here http://www.vcdhelp.com/convert and i bet u mean divx right? it should be there too.. good luck..

pls dont shave ur eyebrows..
