Hello all,
This my first post, I hope you can bear with me. I have just converted an avi file to mpeg1 using tempg. Later I burned onto 2 cds. The video was ok the only problem I had was, about 40min into the movie frames started droping out like crazy and the sound was poping. This happend for about 3min, then it was ok again, Also the picture was blocky in dark seens. My question is, how can I create the best quality vcd video wise, and also have it fit full screen. I have a 32inch tv and wide screen is to small. Also could someone explain the aspect ratio thing 1:1 so on???????
Thanks in advance..
