    I've made a menu with TMPGEnc but I must have got the size wrong as the picture I made is stretched on my TV. Is there a size that would fit my tv (its not a widescreen).

    I think I used 704x576 but it was too big.

    That should be fine, but remeber that the TV ususally chops 10% off the sides. Do a search on overscan for more information.
