  1. No matter what mpg joiner I use the audio is messed up, it plays like its talking in slow motion while the video plays regular speed. Also the left side looks all distorted to. Does anybody have any Ideas of what might be wrong? Or have any suggestions on some good MPG Joiners I might use that might not have the same problem?

    What exactly are you joining - mpeg1 or mpeg2 files.

    Secondly have you checked that both mpegs are of the same

    -frame size
    -frames per second
    -video and audio bitrate

    If these do not match, then that is usually why you are failing.

  3. I'm trying to join MPEG1 Files. Also if that was the problem how could I change it so that both files are the same so I will be able to merge them?

    If that was the problem you would have to choose one that you want as a standard and alter (re-encode) the other. Best thing to do is download "mpegproperties" in the tools section of this website and checkout which specs your mpeg's have.

  5. ok tha tool does show that the mpeg1 are different. So how do I encode them to be the same mpg so I can join them together? If possible alot of detail so I can get it right.

  6. I finally fixed it!! =) I just had to encode it to be the same and it works nicely =). Thanks for all your help I appreciate it alot. Well peace and thanks again.
