Can you do this with VCD Easy or ????

I notice when I capture video using VirtualDub , I play back the file using windows media player it is in letterbox format. When I convert it to VCD it is still in letterbox, but when I use VCD Easy it copies in full screen. My question is how can I keep it in letterbox???

I had to put my dvd player on pan and scan to make it full screen. Maybe if you change your dvd player setting to something other than pan and scan it will put in letterbox for you.
