i have 1.3 ghz p4,640 of ram and ati tv wonder pci and capture through composite, i also use the universal driver for the ati card.the problemis when i capture at 640/480 or even 480/480 it dont look to good. no matter what i capture movie or tv,,whenever theres quick movement i get like a rippling effect on whatever moves fast otherwise quality not bad.does anybody have any ideas...i use vdub to capt straight to a 7200 rpm empty harddrive...
