    If you bought one of these things, and it doesnt work right, chances are that you bought it from a store that buys it's product from this US distributor. After numerous attempts at e-mailing amaxhk.com regarding their faulty product I did a little poking around their website and came to this link:

    I have already e-mailed them about the problem(s) with my dav311 and about how many people on this board have had the same difficulties. Hopefully I'll get a response. If I do, I promise to follow up this post, as I know that this issue is important to many of the dav311 users out there.

    dear sir:
    about the MP3 echo problem, can you try to use orginal CD music to test it.
    if the orginal CD has the same problem , please e-mail back and we will issue
    an RMA# for you. we had tested hundreds of DAV311 with differ MP3 music cd
    , and we don't have this problem.so, please try other cd , thanks!!

    I've hit a snag trying to get my Napa serviced by the manufacturer warranty, even though access micro is on the list of the distributers' site as a place for "end-user" purchase as shown here:
