OK,
I need a second opinion here.
I upgraded my media type from Datasafe Gen3 disk to Traxdata media type and have burned maybe 300 disks worth since then. I have roughly 70 disks that failed to playback properly after burning and when I verify them with DVDDecryptor they have burn errors.
Now, according to the supplier my failure rate is very high in comparison with their feedback on the disk quality. Is it possible that my burner could be out of calibration or is there something else?
The burner is the Pioneer A04 and has the latest (mandatory) firmware installed. The problems happen with both Nero and Instant VOB used for burning.
Whadya all think? Thanks for any input.
G.J.
