The quick answer is yes you can. But in my opinion the steps involved are convoluted, the process is difficult, and the current success rate does not justify the effort. Some people report fully functional menus others have buttons that don't work or hang the DVD player when pressed.
Do a search for "keep menu" or "preserve menu". I'm sure you will get some hits and the answers you seek.
Hope this helps,

I tend to agree - to have the balls to demand to know how to race a car when you just bought your own set of racing tires . . .Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin' -
I've been able to do this using Doom9s DVD9 to DVD5 guide. If you are just getting started with DVD ripping and you haven't had any experience using DVD2AVI or Smart Ripper, CCE, Etc.... than this could be a little complicated. Doom9 has many excellent guides at http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdr-guides.htm. If you have any questions about these you can send me an email (iamcaleb@hotmail.com)
