    what program would i use to convert from rm -> mpeg?

    TINRA (freeware) - will convert from RM to AVI (you can then convert the AVI to MPEG with something like TMPGenc).

    EOVideo (trial) - will convert RM to AVI, MPEG1 or MPEG2.
