    Is there a program that will take the DVD rip directly to VCD ? I know that you can rip it to your HD with smartripper then use DVD2AVI to change those VOB files into VCD. But isn't there a program to just go directly from DVD to VCD?

    I use Flask to rip direcly from DVD to VCD and have found it very good quality
    There are audio sync problems if you are doing an NTSC DVD to PAL but if its all PAL then it works fine. It can be done so if you need this then get back to me
