    After submuxing when I tried to split with TMPGEnc's mpeg tool it is not including the subtitle in the splitted file. Only video and audio streams are taken care of. Could someone tell me is there any other tool that does the splitting taking care of everything (including subtitle)?

    you can use VIDOMI, it take care of you subtitle with a lot of subtitle option, but i think you can't encode in mpeg format on vidomi......
