In tmpge under the "Simple Color Correction" found under the advance tab.. You have the abilty to adjust the saturation of reds and blues

Go to www.virualdub.org. On the left hand side of the home page are frames for external web sites with third party filters for virual dub. One of those links ( I can't remember which one) has a filter named hue/saturation/intensity. Download the filter and add it to the v-dub filters as per the directions you receive with the download. When you add the filter in v-dub, you will see that it controls 6 different colors. Uncheck all colors but red. When you slide the saturation bar to the left it will now decrease the saturation of only the red. The filter also as a preview button. Click on it before you adjust the color. Drag the bar at the bottom of the preview window until a frame with a lot of red in it fills the window. As you slide the saturation bar to the left you will see the red decrease in saturation. 8)
