  1. Hello

    What i want is rip a perfect image of my dvds onto my hard disks, which program would you recommend?

    And if i want to rip my dvd and get rid the extra stuff "fbi log, etc" which is the best program to use?

    Smartripper is getting a little old.it has not been updated in a long time and it does not deal well with some newer DVD's. But it has many features like it's backup mode which allows you to rip the entire DVD's file structure to your HD and if it's a single-layer disk you burn it directly to DVD-R. It also allows you to re-rip files you already have on your HD.

    I also find smartripper to be a little faster then Decrypter, other then that everything wulf109 says is pretty much right on the nose.

    So smartripper is old, but has many useful features. Can someone please tell me more about dvd decriptor.
