  1. Ok, when i burn a vcd and play it in my dvd player, the sound skips and is all messed up. I want to know if i burned everything ok. Also, the movie plays fine on my computer (perfect sound and picture). Am I burning it wrong? BTW, i use CDRWIN, burned at 4x speed and as a cue and a mpg. My dvd player plays other VCDs, just certain ones the sound skips.

    3 things:
1--download a sample VCD from here, and try burning and playing that.
if that works, then you know the problem was with the VCD you made
2--did you change the audio to 44.1 khz?
3--is it maybe a PAL VCD playing on NTSC system?
what are you askin' me for...
    I'm an idiot!
