    This is my first time using Adobe premiere to frame serve to TMPGEnc. Im to the export settings adobe premiere , but the video server is not there. How do I find it or where can i get one?

    Check this site out. You may find everything you need. But please tell/email me if you can get rid from the video server annoying delay that asking for registration key for that video server. You'll find my email from my email/profile.
