I have just purchased an Asus P4B533-E Motherboard and an Asus Gforce4 TI 4600 8460 Ultra Deluxe..![]()
Everything works fine, except that whenever I try and and install the WDM Capture drivers...![]()
They seem to install but in my Device Manager in Windows XP it shows as the following
nvidia WDM Video Capture (Universal)
Device Status
This Device Cannot Start (Code 10)
I cannot whatever I try, seem to get this to work for love nor money..
I have tried updated drivers etc.. but the problem still persists...
Any help will be much appreciated and a quick response will be welcomed...![]()
Many thanks for any information you might have..
Sean

Have you tried using another operating system, like Windows 2000 etc...
Just that it might be WINXP, i used have problems like that when i was using WINXP, programmes not working etc.., but now i'm on Windows 2000 all programmes work. -
I have the same card and the Asus/Nvidia software works fine with WinXP.
Check your GeForce Ti4600 tab and display adapter information, the 6th line down should say - TV Codec Type: Philips 7108. If it is not there then the TV VIVO chip is faulty on the video card. My first card had exactly this problem.
Another way is look see if the option to install ASUS WDM Capture driver is enabled on the Asus CD install disk. If it is inactive then the hardware has not been detected by the Asus universal card installer, another sure sign.
