Is there a filter for putting subliminal messages into video

If there is please let me know I think that would be really cool
if there isint one how hard would it be to program one?(I only have a votech class of C++ completed)
options like how many frames to flash the message and how often and how many messages and font size etc..

you could drop frames in anywhere in a editng program .. but subliminal messages have been proven not to work and if you look it up (like on snoops) that the research done in this area 40 or 50 years ago was all faked ..


so all you get is a video with what looks like dropouts, which sends people the subliminal message that the people doing the editng of the video are not very good .. .

subliminal text might not work but gestault images do. This is where
you create an incomplete shape or color outline of a well known brand, logo or picture reference and place it where it can be seen for at least 1/100th of a second.
