    hi, i would like to hello to everyone as i have just joined, i am trying to use wintheatre to copy programmes so i can transfer them to disc but there is no sound from any channels, i have checked all connections, line-in & the sound in xp is not muted, i am running windows xp, soundblaster live sound card & geforce 2 graphics card. can someone please help?

    Copy ? or Capture ?

    Have you placed the audio in, into the line in, and selected that as the source. Is the balance control in the middle for stereo, or at the correct channel for mono.
