I've ripped my DVD to the HD and now I'm trying to make it into a VCD or SVCD. I tried following Sefy's newbie guide, but the results are less than satisfying do to the large amount of "lines" along the borders of the people on the screen. I can't seem to get rid of this and I'm about to pull my hair out. Any help would be *greatly* apprecaited. Thanks in advance.
