I hear that there is an RCE (Region Code Enhancement)
disk that basically makes your DVD player regione free.
Does this really work or will it cause problems afterwards?
Also, anybody know where I can get one/or download?
I have a Pioneer DV-340 region 2.
Thanks guys!

As far as I know, its not possible to make a Pioneer player region free by using the remote to enter a 'hack'.
HOWEVER
If you check out my post titled:
All PIONEER Owners, want REGION FREE - w/no hardware mods?!?
You should be able to play DVDs from any other region.
PLEASE, PLEASE! Vote on the poll connected to my post, even if this doesn't work - no-one yet has even replied but as far as I can see, there are no other multiple-machine pioneer hacks apart from mine! Where's all my thanks?!? Just kidding!SUPPORT : http://www.fightdivx.com
