    I have done my first VCD and it works well on my sister DVD Player but not on my sony player. When i put the disk inside the reader plate, its written a message saying no disk. Does any one on earth had the same problem and how he resolve it. Thanks for all answers.

    Is the disc a Standard vcd, some sony has problems with (x)vcd mostly if the resolution is non-standard

    Burn it onto a CDRW and it will play on your Sony.
