Caprice Royale Panasonic DVD player

hi guys we just got a new car ( the 2004 caprice royale) (made only for saudi arabia) and it comes with a dvd player and 2 tvs in the back, and i put in a region 1 dvd and it told me region error, it only plays region 2 it says on it thats its a panasonic but no model number or anything can anyone help me find out what model it is and then a firmware patch for unlocking all regions. its much easier on pcs cuz i have done it to mine but i just dont know if the firmware for this drive exsists. im ganna try and play around maybe i can get a hidden menu that tells me the model number ill keep u posted, thanks

well i figured out the sound system is done by holden ( an australian company) and well thats logical since the car is made in austrialia. i emailed them asking for a way to change the region or if there isnt the model number so i can find firmware.
