I have used TMPG 2.58 to encode 3 dvds.
However all of a sudden it would not load any m2v files produced by DVDDecrypter.
It says it cannot open then or file type is unsupported.
I have tried 3 different downloads of TMPG and also 2.5 and 2.57..all the same answer.
I am using XP ( FAT 32 )....as you can see I was using is fine until now...any answers or should I just say screw it and try to figure out how to use CCE.
cheers

It's a registry problem. I'm not familiar with XP. Is there away in XP to restore and earlier version of the registry? Some program you intalled after Tmpeg has altered your registry settings and is prventing Tmpeg from opening file types. I had this problem Win98 and restoring an earlier version of the registry solved it.
