    Hi, I exported Microsoft DV AVI (PAL) from Premiere 6.5 but when importing into Ligos LSX or TMPGenc they say that the avi file is unsupported. What is going on?? Exporting directly within Premiere with the LSX plug-in, then it's no problem !?

    I found the answer by myself, it seems as you need to have Main Concepts DV codec (50$) when you've exported an avi from Premiere 6.5 or Vegas 3 and wants to decompress within for example TMPGenc or Vdub (stinks like Win XP and MP3!!), nothing else will do !!! I downloaded the demo DV codec ( http://www.mainconcept.com/downloads.shtml )which are supposed to place a watermark but I didn't see any when converting the avi with TMPGenc! Could I be lucky?
