  1. hello,

i followed the online guide from vcdhelp for this software bundle and set in the settings exactly like it said. i made the avi file myself and the frame size of it (which i got from virtualdub under information) is 720x480.

i'm useing cce as my encoder with dvd2svd. when it starts to encode in cce, i get an error saying,

frame size 812x56 is not supported, supported frame size is up to 720x576.

does anyone know why this is coming up or how to fix it?

  2. It sounds like the resize is messed up. If you're using DVD2SVCD it sometimes doesn't resize AVI's properly so you should edit the resize script manually instead or if you did manually edited the script then I would make sure you didn't make any typo's. Btw 720x576 is the largest size CCE can handle (PAL DVD resolution). If you're not sure what you did wrong maybe you should copy and paste the DVD2SVCD log so someone on this forum may be able to spot the problem.
