    I downloaded Fear Dot Com and Panic, and it seems that they r too dark, is this how the film is?
    When i preview it on my P.C, it seems O.k, so i thought i dont need to increase the brightness but then when i burn it on VCD and watch it on my T.V, its dark, and no its not my TV. Is there something i could do?

    While I understand you saying its not your TV, I believe that the contrast and brightness in general are greater on a TV then on a monitor. This has been the case in anything I've done.

    So if your TV is OK, maybe your monitor is set with unually high brightness.
