If I try to rip and convert an NTSC DVD to PAL VCD with flask the audio is out of sync

Does anyone know if the settings can be changed to get it to work?

The only way I can do it at the moment is to rip the DVD to thew MPEG 1 NTSC setting and the audio is fine but Nero will not exept it as a correct format??

Any help appreciated
