PIONEER 444 - PBC Problem with VCD

Hello,

I've bought my Pioneer DV-444 a several weeks ago. Now i tried to watch
some VCD's from friends and got with some vcd's the following problem.
- I inserted the CD in the player
- It started spinning
- After a few seconds I got the message Video-CD PBC and the player
stops.

I hope anybody can help me.

Waht exactly is the problem. I have a pioneer 444, and after that message i just press the play button and it will start. If that doesn't work in your case, just press 1 on the remote and again it should play.
