Unfortunately no. To the best of my knowledge there is no software player which can play soft encoded subtitles (CVD or SVCD subtitles) in a SVCD. WinSubMux can preview the subs in an mpeg in some cases, but its not like you would actually watch a movie like this.
Hopefully STHdvd will implement this feature in the future since it seems to be focused on SVCD playing.
