Pioneer no problems but sony has sync problems with same vcd

Why does my friends vcd plays with no sync problems on his pioneer
And i have to deal with sync problems on my sony with the same vcd

He can put a delay in bbmpeg to get it in sync on my player
but he won't because then it all get unsync on his pioneer
Please help , how to mux it right for both players

Smartripper - avisynth+vobsub - tmpgenc(sefy template)
besweet - bbmpeg - vcdeasy

I'm sorry to say, but Sony is utterly crap, the fact that you can actually play CDR's is already a miracle, most of them can't even do that.
