Now i started with an avi file, I then used VirtualDub to create a new wav, then used TMPGEnc to convert the avi video and wav audio to an mpeg2 2020 kbs.
Then I went to Nero went to SuperVideo (I have teh SVCD plugin) and loaded 2 files (using the above process) created a small menu, and burned. It loads in WinDVD but not on my Apex 1500, but WinDVD lists it as a VCD 1.1, not SVCD. I then burned again without the menu, but it still comes as a VCD 1.1. If anyone has any idea what's going wrong and why it's not burning currectly any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

well I've fixed the problem, sort of at least.
I used VCDEasy to create a bin/cue file (didn't have aspi, and the lappy isn't connected to the internet) I then burned via Nero and it works perfectly, now all I need is a guide to creating menus with VCDEasy
