I have several question about this external card:
This device can capture from TV/CABLE/VCR?
How about the image quality?
My computer is a PIII 128MB RAM, 40GB HD. Asus 7100 video card (only RCA/S-video Out).
My idea is not spend to much money. Any suggestions?
