I am using DVD2SVCD to rip simpsons episodes and i want to rip and encode them to svcd. My question is how can i rip all 5 episodes during night without having to switch track all the time when a episodes i done?

DVDs with multiple episodes are very different from DVDs with only one movie. I don't know if DVD2SVCD can handle them correctly.
As for myself, I have ripped and converted "The Sopranos: Complete First Season", "Sex and City, Complete Season One to Three" to SVCD manually. The main reason is I want to fit two episodes on one CD (around 50 minutes), plus I want menus and some stills, like episode summary and videography and stuff. I don't think DVD2SVCD can do it for you automatically. If you want to encoding during night time, you can run a batch job.
