just got this machine from argos at only 69 pound and are selling fast.it will play dvd/vcd/svcd/cdr/rw/mp3's.not tried dvr's/rw.its attractive looking and all you need to do to make it play vcd/svcd is when the drawer is about to close is press one on the remote so menu appears at top then it will play automatically.thats the only downfall.there may be also multi region hack for it but not tried it yet.
