I need help...
I am trying to convert svcd to dvd format...
I have used vcd gear to be able to load it into
tmpeg but the outcome sound is not in sync w
video...
If I try to load the mpeg 2 file directly into tmpeg
It says it does not support and gives me an error.
I have installed the mpeg 2 codec into tmpeg and am
now stumped....
I cannot play svcd or vcd on my dvd player that is why I
am trying to burn to dvdr.
please any help would be usefull.
Thanx
Chris

Why re-encode the video? You will need to re-encode the audio from 44,1->48k but most player can play the native 480x480 mpeg2.

Yea but my dvd player doesn't support cdr
it does however support dvdr
is there a way to do anything? -
Had this dilemma, too, my friend. Had a 3 disc SVCD movie, and wanted it to be on one DVD-R, with chapters, menus, and such.
Follow this guide:
