    Simple question - is it possible to resize avi for example from 480x288 to another avi 480x576 ? I tried to find something like this in VDub, but didn't succeeded. Maybe some other program can do this ...

    I found it ! In VDub I must add filter (in menu Video | Filters ) the name of which is 'resize'. There I must enter new with and height and choose right filter mode - according to the preview.
