I've got an Aver TV Card with a tv out and i was wondering if i can use it to watch my vcd's on my larger tv instead of using my monitor.
I'm grateful for any help.

If it has a TV-out then yes you should be able to output a display on a TV. Which Avermedia card do you have?

Its a Aver Tv Studio card, sorry but its all i know, i've connected it up with the output to scart on the tv but all i get is a blue screen, could it be something simple i'm missing (like some brain cells perhaps).

Yes i'm definitely missing some cells, i took the s-video in as an out socket, never mind i'll get hunting for a graphics card with an out socket.
Many Thanks For Your Help.
