I converted an .avi file that have the following properties:
Audio Source: MPEG Layer-3,121 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo
Video Source: 512 x 384, 24 Bits, 132680 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 129 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3
I used TMPEG, SVCD NTSC FILM, and it worked SUPER.

I then converted another .avi file that have the following properties:
Audio format: MPEG Layer-3,96 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo
Video format: 720 x 288, 24 Bits, 186298 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 99 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3

I Also used TMPEG, SVCD NTSC FILM, BUT the upper half of the movie was black and white!!! and the lower half was colored!!

I've tried all kind of filters and format but with no luck.

I'll appreciate any kind of help.
